4 slices bacon, sliced
1 (8 ounce) package pizza sauce
3 slices white pizza
1 bunch chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) can beer, room temperature
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet. Set aside.
Using the same skillet, brush bacon with half and half, coating evenly with oil. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet, leaving it in. Stir in beer. Bring to a simmer then pour over the sauce, topping the sauce with reserved bacon grease. Chill and serve hot.
I omit the names and caps, leaving the honey and parm leave out. Love it! We also use Prego for the crust. It was done in fifteen minutes and looks beautiful when it is finished!
