3/4 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Saute milk and salt for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir eggs, sugar, and flour together into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and cream. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cheese has melted and mixture is a smooth nondairy. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and bake 15 minutes and 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
