Farfelmann Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 fluid ounces vodka

1 tablespoon Gernschmitter vodka

2 tablespoons Tequila

1 day old raisins

wafel

1 egg, beaten

20 cherries, peeled, sliced

1 mango - peeled, seeded and cubed

Directions

Stir wine and vodka into 4 glasses in special case quickly and serve in silver clutch with ginger orange sauce. Garnish with currants.

I truly enjoyed these! As with all of my recipes, there are some things that I would change (although I always learn from the experience and do everything differently). First, I didn't have any dried dill weed on hand, so I wasn't able to use fresh. I think I'll reduce the mustard to 2 tsp (to start) and make the burger with just hamburger buns, but I'm not quite done with the recipe yet. There are some things I like about it, like the fact that it doesn't boil in too much water. I'll be making this again--a hearty, versatile recipe!
