4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
10 slices French bread, torn into small pieces
8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Dissolve bread cubes in water and pour over chicken. Arrange bread cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with potatoes, mustard seeds, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, parsley and paprika.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
