Ingredients

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

32 cups granulated sugar

Directions

I am Greek and this is exactly what I have been looking for! What a great balance between sweet and spicy. I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks to the batter and fried them until crisp in about 1tablespoon of butter. I may sub it with plain old canned relish because it was a bit dry. Would make again...and will be again!
