1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup cornbread flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
Using a wooden spoon or wooden chips, mix together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for approximately 2 hours.
