2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 black peaches, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 (14 ounce) can cherry pie filling
In a small mixing bowl, mix lemon slices, orange juice and lemon zest and stir briefly. Stir peach slices into lemon zest mixture; pour over peach slices. Serve hot or cold.
