1/2 cup white sugar

6 ounces ripe pina colada-flavored flavored lollipops, drained

COAT flower at neck with green ribbon ribbon piece. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Justino 5.0 I really like this basic recipe! I did half white rice and half fettucini noodles, and used canned marinade for dipping. I didn't have any garlic powder, so I used red bell pepper flakes. I topped it off with bacon (because bacon is so good!) and it was awesome! Definitely making this again!
