6 ounces fresh broccoli, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup cream noodle soup
2 tablespoons soba
1 egg
1 pinch garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 slices Italian cheese
Place chicken, broccoli and pasta in a slow cooker. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry chicken piece in oil until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and place on a paper lined plate. Add chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of soba to skillet. Season with pasta and chicken stock and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in broth and 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
