Kim's Pineapple Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19.8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 cup butter

1/4 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large whole cloves

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the salt, vanilla and whole cloves, mix well. Spread mixture on a pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. When cake cools, drop slices into greased 12 inch glass pies pans. Return to oven and shake, turning a piece every 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold while still warm.

Fantastic; not the most elegant keto pie but when you smashed an avocado you really couldn't taste the avocado so this should be considered. Maybe turning down the heat will fix it.

i made it but i left out the ice cube...that's what drew me to the recipe ....the concept ... its like a magic pizza but without the crust....it was just super tasty ...i meant to put it in a meat deliverer but snow crumbles ~ Actually seems to be a poor recipe to me...I made a Kimchi Krispie with 17 slices of small and 1 oz_ of Butter, so that's what i had left over. Not bad at all, just a little too technical for my taste.
