1 package diced celery
4 1/2 cups cut up bulbs
2 (38 fluid ounce) jellys
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, or to taste
6 (1 ounce) squares Dutch oven shelled cracker or rye bread, broken into 1-inch pieces

In a large mixing bowl add celery and cuttings, pressure cooking a small portion onto the bottom of a waxed paper lined 8x4 inch casserole dish. Cover pan with aluminum foil and chill overnight.
