4 cups large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 cups cream-style potato soup mix
4 large onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375 1/2 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place soup mix in a large bowl and stir in potatoes. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook oven-dried beans in a small ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Adjust flavor as desired with additional salt and pepper. Pour over turkey and roast.
