2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; pat dry.
In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, olive oil, flour, egg, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Seal bag tightly.
Place chicken on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, turning chicken once. Beautiful golden chicken juices will run clear before baking.
