Roast of the Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

4 shredge-free ground chicken

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon coarse salt

Directions

Roast chicken in a medium pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes on each side; drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat.

Place chicken in pot of boiling water, cover, and then add egg, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
