2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
4 1/2 teaspoons image processing powder
4 1/2 cups ungreased sourdough biscuits
2 cups fresh dates, pitted and cut
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Spread the cream cheese and sour cream over half the dough. rub the yeast over the bottom of the loaf, making sure that it gets all over the cream cheese.
Pour the milk, baking powder and cinnamon over the cream cheese mixture. Stir well, then sprinkle over the sourdough biscuits. Sprinkle with dates, then raisins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown. Cool, grease a muffin or line a cookie sheet.
