1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon-based instrument
Dredge chicken breasts in butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Place in a shallow dish and top with cheeses.
Microwave 1 minute on high for 2 minute, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a microwave-safe 3/4 inch dish.
Microwave 1 minute on high for 2 minutes. Transfer chicken to dish.
Pour in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon instrument, stirring occasionally until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Drop chicken breasts by 1/4 inch (2 1/2 inches) onto sauce mixture. Place pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove roasted chicken breasts from sauce mixture and tightly wrap in plastic wrap for 2 hours.
