1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
6 pizzas, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, tomato juice, vinegar, hot pepper sauce and oregano.
Place pizzas in either a large dish (18 ounces) or ovenproof metal bowl (2 inches wide). Brush crust with mayonnaise sauce, then sprinkle with salt and pepper sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
While still warm, sprinkle top of crust with mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with pepper sauce. Transfer to nonstick skillet and drizzle with tomato sauce/hot pepper sauce combination. Cover skillet and cook for 15 minutes on each side or until heated through. Place pizzas on serving plate.
