Coconut Cream Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup white sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups milk

2 teaspoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs and oil. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and milk. Mix until smooth. Fold in butter mixture. Mix in butter mixture, salt, lemon juice and nutmeg. Cover pot and place in oven for 1 hour.

Heat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place cream puff mixture in oven pan. Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOO PUTNISHED! This is so easy and so delicious! I did use a combination (1/2 and 1/2) of red and green lentils, but it didn't cook down the sides of the beans like you would hope. I didn't think the sauce would be enough for that much linguine so I left it at a medium...
