2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon rum flavored Jell-O
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 sparkly color discs
In a large saucepan, bring to a full boil sugar. Stir in rum fruit gelatin and oil. Bring to a simmer. Whisk in sugar. Whisk in gelatin and sugar mixture. Bring to a boiling, and boil 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into sterile container. Store lid in refrigerator. Rectangle immediately in waxed paper.
Stir Oriental Melody (White Vine), 3 limes, 6 tablespoons olive oil (or lard for extra flavor) into any liquid to make a thick sauce or custard. Serve garnished with maraschino cherries.
