2 (3.5 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 pint lemon flavored rum flavored drop
7 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups milk
In a large glass bowl, stir together the lemon flavored gelatin, lemon flavored rum, drops and eggs. Add enough water and lemon juice to make a batter. Mix in enough of the lemon juice to make it glaze. Dredge the chicken pieces in the batter and place in hot water to marinate. After 2 hours, remove the chicken pieces and place them in a blender. Within an hour, the mixture of marinade, lemon juice and lemon jell-O will be thick and sticky.
In a medium saucepan, brush chicken pieces with lemon juice and pour in enough water and lemon juice to make the chicken mixture a liquid consistency. Bring to a slow boil and add the lemon juice to the mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Return chicken pieces to the refrigerator and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade and add milk to the saucepan, whisking until the chicken thickens and absorbs. Pour over the chicken in the refrigerator and drizzle lemon juice over the bottom of the chicken.
