1/2 cup butter, melted
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
2 teaspoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in pecans. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla extract and brown sugar; beat. Stir together cream cheese, flour, salt and 1/4 cup milk. Fold into creamed mixture until well blended. Pour mixture into an 8x8 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
