Mari's Diamond Buffalo Chicken recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, Dijon mustard, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, oregano, basil and chicken, and mix well. Transfer to a medium baking dish. Place a sheet of waxed paper on top of the dish.

Bake uncovered in the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink.

I swiped this recipe from another site and that site actually had the recipe printed on the bread. So much tastier bread than the instant stuff you can buy. And it was way less expensive too.
