1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 T romps
1 (16 ounce) package marinated chicken wings
Place the lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring, until thickened. Allow to cool slightly.
Place the cornstarch in a separate small saucepan and stir in salt, garlic powder, egg, baking soda, baking powder, lemon zest and garlic powder. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Return chicken wings to pan and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice mixture and heat through, turning once, until all ingredients are heated. Remove from pan and lay on waxed paper, sticking end to end. Heat on nonstick burner for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
