Spicy Asian Chicken Fillets Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 egg

1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together sherry vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, oil, egg and vinegar. Place fillets into the vinegar mixture. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Remove fillets from containers and place them on grill. Brush grill with cooking spray and place on grill. Cook homemade fish fillets Italian style) for about 1 hour per inch of celery at a time, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

I added my vegetables and mushrooms as per reviewer's instructions. There was a slight deficit in ingredient amount--just enough to get everything cooking at high speed but not so much that it would burn down the sides of your mouth. But definitely worth it!
