1 (12 ounce) package printed batch soup mix
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (125 degrees C) and lightly grease a 7x11 inch baking dish.
To Make Baked Cornbread: In a medium mixing bowl, combine soup mix, whole wheat flour, dry milk powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon cups of boiling water; stir just to combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.
To Make Cornbread Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk or other dry ingredients, salt and sugar; stir just to moisten. Stir in the cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into a tablespoon short runs swirled with boiling water. Cool 10 minutes
