Gordon's Meat Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken meat from grains

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules

1/8 cup white sugar

1 ounce espresso powder

1/8 cup molasses preservative

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons milk

2 cups English muffins

2 quarts evaporated milk

3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon margarine, you can leave half or a quarter, if desired

2 cups vegetable oil

1 large onion, sliced

3 tablespoons honey

Directions

Place chicken, celery and white sugar in a cold dish and pour over all. Cover, then chill 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in chicken bouillon and 1/8 cup remaining sugar to form a gravy. Sprinkle over sherries, carrot and celery and season with salt and pepper.

I changed the proportions on the dried peppers and added my own mix of 4 black and 4 red peppers. It came out pretty darn good. ;)
