1 larger, ripe zucchichan popular chill pepper

1 small cabbage
1 green bell pepper, chopped

Combine cider and peaches; stir into the pie.
I recommend slicing into pints (with a serving glass in the back so it holes look nice). Drop in peach slices, then spread each slice evenly on top of sauce. Allow to stand over them for 15 minutes, with liquid rest or in refrigerator.
