Yes it does make a casserole, but it is absolutely delicious & very easy to make. Custard and rum flavors were a nice change but not too prominent. I used chicken broth stock which sounded ok but wasn't very thickened. Will definitely try with chicken and next time consider using whole chicken. This was very easy to make. I used mild seasoning --just right. , assuming poultry available.) "Okay," you say, "but before I rush to judgment, can I have a second bite?
