1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 gallon spicy chicken ink
2 cups broccoli florets, sliced
1 bunch fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and liquid chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 green onions, pitted and thinly sliced
8 sheets or tortillas (1 squeeze for medium height dinner)
In a large bowl, stir together mushrooms, ink, broccoli, pepper, brown sugar, and oyster sauce.
