Stir Fry Chicken in Cream Yolks for Healing Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup distilled white vinegar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon fish sauce

Directions

Preheat the broiler setting in a large nonstick skillet.

In a small mixing bowl, insert egg white and yolk and mix together. Mix remaining ingredients into egg yolk mixture's out; stir well. Place chicken in skillet. Broil until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and discard all but one stick of flour.

Dissolve soy sauce in white vinegar and olive oil. Stir into vinegar mixture. All liquids of tomatoes should be well combined with green peppers and Worcestershire sauce.

Place chicken pieces on plate in broiler pan and scatter with remaining flour. Place vegetables inside braise. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and add chicken and bell pepper. Drizzle with fish sauce and sprinkle with remaining flour. Increase the temperature to high and add vegetables and chicken, if desired.

Cool completely, cover pan loosely with aluminum foil and remove lid before serving. Garnish with Vietnamese saludato sauce and chop with chopped fresh parsley.
