1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lime flavored rum
1 cup cold milk
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger cherry juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans, divided
In a medium bowl, mix taco seasoning mix, lime rum, milk, and juice from refried beans. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Coat with cooking spray or grease underneath; place over medium high heat and brush with remaining lime juice. Fry the meat on each side 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until browned and easily crusted with browned seasoning. Remove from heat and transfer to paper towels. Drain excess fat.
