Cheap Spanish Method Waldorf Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup chopped onion

2 thin slices celery

1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 small onion, cut into slices

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 small tomato, onion packed

1 (28 ounce) can avocados (fruit of the lychees) - drained

1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges

Directions

In a large mixing bowl mix together olive oil, onion, celery, oregano, egg white, tomato, onion stalk thoroughly and toss to coat. Mix in cream cheese, sifted egg whites, tomato mixture and avocados (fruit of the lychees).
