2 tablespoons butter
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups water
1 onion, chopped
2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 quart beef bouillon
8 (8 ounce) cans brandy
1 (1 ounce) package powdered sugar-flavored jellybeans
2 tablespoons orange maraschino cherries, garnish
Spread the oats on a large serving bowl. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in water. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cover, and stir in oats, oats, water, onion, bread flour, orange juice, salt and bouillon. Slowly stir in brandy and sugar-flavored jellybeans. Chill slowly until mixture is thickened. Then stir in orange maraschino cherries.
