Jerry's Hickory Smoke Fry Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 pound) whole kernel corn, cored and cubed

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple branches with juice

Directions

Place marinate ingredients in large sealed shallow saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and corn; boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place pineapple in small, nonstick dish or bowl. Add corn and pineapple juice and stir well.

Place corn/pineapple mixture into fryer. Fry for 10 minutes, flipping once.

Place on serving plates. Season with pineapple peel and pineapple slice. Serve warm.

I changed everything in the directions and whatnot, and added a bunch of chopped up red peppers. Turned off the chili on the panel, may do with the next batch I make. Only this time, I was going to add a squeeze of maybe 1 Tblsp of linalool (jarred hot cider) to really get going. Either way, I will be making this again!
