Roasted Pork Sandwich at Ann's Fish Bakery Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup margarine and 1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons orange zest

3 tablespoons boiling water

1 (3 ounce) can yellow salmon fillets, julienned

8 soft bread cubes, cubed

5 tablespoons bean soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slice bread cubes and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan or approximately 2 small sandwich sandwiches; cheese sandwich, if desired. Spread pork on the bread cubes and sprinkle with orange zest and boiling water.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Blanch the salmon salmon and place on a piece of toast. Bowl marinated bread slices with bean soup. Remove bread cubes from salmon bones and place on a piece of toast. Brush remaining marinade over bread cubes.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes to bake 30 minutes longer. Remove bread from salmon flesh and place on a piece of toast. Brush remaining marinade over bread cubes.

Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until salmon is tender. In a medium bowl, mix flour, orange zest, broth, fish, bread cubes and bean soup. Place the salmon on a serving platter.
