1/4 cup olive oil
8 grapes -- peeled, cored, and cut into one inch balls

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute kale, celery, onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add potatoes, carrots, and salt and pepper to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook 7 minutes, then reduce heat to medium low and add oil. Simmer, turning often, until vegetables are heated through and mixture thickens, 3 minutes.
