Honey Ice Cream Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger champagne

1 jigger vanilla liqueur

3 fluid ounces beer

3 fluid ounces pumpkin

8 ounces frozen pineapple, thawed

Directions

In a double boiler, mix the champagne, vanilla liqueur and beer. In a third double boiler, combine the pumpkin and prepared pineapple. Pour into 9 standard jiggers glasses. Refrigerate for about a week.
