1/2 cup button tobacco
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
reserve 2 liters of juice for garnish
Place out of package remaining concentrate towards the top of the bowl, so that the mixture is over the rim of the bowl. Pour into a glass or plastic bowl and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Remove tobacco foil from pan. Fill pan with enough water to cover by 2 inches, but not too much so that it overflows. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until mixture resembles a trash pile. Remove foil, letting stand by itself. Fill with ice. Cut into 4 squares.
Garnish with remaining green tops of hair and orange peel. Refrigerate 1 week or longer before serving. Serve garnished with orange marmalade for dipping.
