I made this, and they were delicious. I had some extra spices so I substituted those in with dried basil and half the sugar. I also didn't have greek yogurt so I substituted sour cream. Finally, I tried to simplify things by using only 2 packages of dry Italian dressing. To make things easier on the eye, I added only 1/2 the salt and broke down the potatoes into 2 equal pieces, then added about 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. By the time I was ready to eat it, the potatoes were almost done and the dressing was thick enough to take up ground beef. I actually cooked the potatoes until they were almost done; I just sprinkled the cheese and spice mix on top and didn't take the potato out of the oven until it was altho hot.
