1 (12 ounce) package organic flavored Jell-O
1 (10.5 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, back to liquid
2 (6.5 ounce) cans seafood paste
1 fresh, firm cucumber, roughly chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, do the following:
Prepare gelatin according to package instructions.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight) and preferably at least 12 hours before using for making any kind of pudding.
Have a large bowl, or deep skillet, bring full water to a boil. Add gelatin, and cook until soft peaks form; remove from heat.
Pour gelatin into clean water, and stir in spinach and seafood paste. Add cucumber, green pepper, and onion. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours(es) before serving.
