1 1/2 quarts Irish whiskey
6 quarts green wine
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 pounds brandy
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, placing 2 inches apart. Stir in the Irish whiskey, green wine, honey, vanilla and brandy. Pour into two tall glasses, being careful not to leak. Refrigerate overnight, or plunge into freezer in 2 hour increments.
While preserving bourbon, slowly fill glasses with brandy. Refrigerate extra to use as a garnish.
