2 eggs
1 (14 ounce) bottle cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
12 ounces diced tomatoes
1 pound crumbled feta cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 inch) round 9-in. round (13 inch) baking pans.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, cream cheese and Italian cheese until blended. Beat in the egg mix, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir milk into the creamed mixture. Gradually beat in the heavy cream, 5 to 6 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Stir in the flour mixture, cheese, tomatoes and you can taste. Mix thoroughly and pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
