1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
2 2/3 cups milk
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spoon cream cheese in bottom of 9-inch pie pan. This recipe makes about eight 9-inch pie crusts. Decorate the crust with strawberry jam, strawberries or blueberry sherbet, if desired. Decorate the crust with whipped cream, whipped cream icing or whipped cream, if desired. Decorate the crust with jelly beans, if desired.
