2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried minced green pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium glass bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, horseradish, dried onion, green pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt, horseradish and garlic powder. Let cool while you prepare the dressing.
When you prepare the dressing, mix the 3/4 cup yellow wine vinegar and 1/4 cup water. Stir to dissolve the vinegar. Pour over the cream and cheese mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
