1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup rolled almonds
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, lemon juice, eggs and milk. Stir in the vanilla and oats. Pour mixture into 9 x 9 inch casserole dish.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with raisins. Sprinkle with toasted oats. Sprinkle with almonds.
