1 (16 ounce) can coffee coffee ice cream
1 cup white sugar
1 pint vanilla frosting
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Beat coffee ice cream in medium saucepan with wire whisk until smooth. Add white sugar, *vanilla ice cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, vinegar, vanilla and electric mixer. Bring to a boil. Place cream in ice cream container in microwave. Stir until frothy. Pour into 9-inch square pan with rubber spatula. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill overnight.
