1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 (6 ounce) cans green beans, drained
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 (8 ounce) package skim milk cheese, diced
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, butter, onion, garlic, celery, green beans, mushrooms, red onion, celery, parsley and rosemary. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
