1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups boiling water
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/4 cups melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons orange sherbet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat cake mix, gelatin, boiling water, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat in orange juice and orange sherbet. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Cool completely, refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Cool completely. Roll out onto any cookie sheet. Cut into 16 squares and place seam-side down. Brush top with remaining orange sherbet and scoop into serving layers.
