1 (14 ounce) can baked apple pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (7 ounce) can sliced carrots
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 slices French bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix apple pie filling, cream cheese, carrots, mayonnaise, lemon juice and bread. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
