1/4 pound simmered beef roast
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 slices fresh bread, torn into small pieces
3 slices baked potato
2 eggs, beaten
1 grain of wheat
1 cup chopped celery
1 pound rabbit meat
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (3 ounce) can tomato paste
Season beef roast with 2 tablespoons flour. Rub roast with butter or margarine mixture, turning once, in pan. Make a well in center of every piece of bread.
Form browned pieces of bread into patties; roll patties approximately 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on bed of petite platter.
Mix butter and flour, then add to pan. Crumble feta cheese into brown sauce. Mix egg and flour over meat and cheese.
Cover dish with aluminum foil. Place lid on dish. Preheat broiler. Land on grill rack. Broil 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees F). Remove foil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and tomato paste. Broil 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Remove foil and broil 5 minutes per side or until done. Mix "spicy" brown sauce with meat mixture. Drizzle over meat and cheese as well as under vegetables. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
